Founded in 2008 as a District of Columbia corporation, the firm was created to provide clients with one resource capable of delivering comprehensive design and construction for many types of projects. C.B.A is a certified Local Small Disadvantage Business Enterprise in the District of Columbia. Other certification includes MDOT and DDOT.
